It always makes me amazed that some people can stop smoking weeds with relatively easy. Some people can stop smoking weeds like they give up fast food, without thinking both they just do it.
I don’t feel that easy. Stopping to me means changing my whole life, it’s not a small thing but a lot I’m hitch and worried. Weed is part of every field of my life, smoking before working, smoke at lunch and then immediately after I got home from work. I usually smoke three or four times last night (sometimes a few more!) And I always smoke before doing the job to ‘make me in the mood.’ Not only while I smoke so I was tall, Weed would stay in our system for days after smoking so there was never a time when I was free of weed effects.
For me, stop weeds sounds great until I have my last joint and see my empty can. I already hope I have more and I just smoked ‘my last joint.’ I told friends that I wanted to stop but six months later I was still smoking and said the same Buy real weed online thing. I kept saying to myself ‘Maybe I was just meant to be a smoker’ but I was very aware of what weed me and knew that if I could only find a way to stop better.

The first thing you need to do is decide that you want to stop. I can hear you say ‘Of course I want to stop! “But are you? Do you think Weed makes you happy or that you need weeds to get through all the stress you have? If you think you need to smoke weeds for any reason then you give yourself a mixed message. For example you want to stop because of you Unhappy but the only thing that makes you happy is Weed. So what do you do? You keep smoking to make yourself happier. Of course this is nonsense and when you really think about it. I’m sure you see that Weed doesn’t Make you happy in the long run, it will be more than the possibility of making you feel pressured and you will smoke better. It’s a trap most people (including myself) falling into.
It’s easy to ignore something as ‘small’ like this but can easily make a difference between stops today or can’t stop at all.
Next, you need to know what triggers to smoke. For me it’s boredom and my habit enters like smoking before working. Wake up and think ‘weeds’ is a bad habit and once I learned how to change this habit (along with other changes) I found I could stop. It can be done when you know how.
